Watch as chiccken is roasted on the streets of Karachi Pakistan. The first part shows how the chicken which doesn't seem to have any marinade on was put on metal skewers and roasted on burning logs. The second part of the video shows the chicken with marinade being deep fried. From the looks of the chicken after frying I think that it is overcooked albeit crispy. I prefer crispy skin and juicy meat to fibrous meat and crispy skin.
